SEKOTENG, herbal drinks cold repellent


The cold weather is very disturbing our activities, especially with rain and strong winds. When our body is less fit, it will be attacked by various diseases such as flu, fever, colds, and so forth.

Some ways are wont to do to keep the body healthy and avoid illness when the weather is like right now, for example: doing housework, yoga, gymnastics, or maybe go to the gym club.

In addition to these ways, we can make a drink warmers bodies using herbal ingredients, for example: sekoteng, bajigur, bandrek, wedang jahe, and other heated beverages.

Here's how to make drinks sekoteng for body warmers
Material:
600 ml water
400 grams sugar

Directions:
