OBESITY, overcome with herb bangle


Are you including people who are overweight? If the body fat exceeds 30% in women and 25% in men, you are can be categorized of overweight or obese. Obesity can lead to some very serious chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, high blood pressure (hypertension), elevated levels of cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia), stroke, heart attack, heart failure, cancer, gallstones, and others.

Want to reduce your body fat?
Here I will prescribe herbs to reduce levels of fat in the body by using rhizome bangle and other materials.
Method 1:
Provide a piece of rhizome bangle and 7 leaves of jati belanda (Guazauma Ulmifolia). Wash the material, then boiled with 1.5 cups water until remaining 1 glass. Once cool, boiled water is filtered. Drink ½ cup for the morning, and ½ cup for the afternoon.
Method 2:
Provide bangle rhizome, rhizome Intersection sleigh (Curcuma heyneana), lempuyang rhizome (Zingiber zerumbet, sin. "Z. aromaticum), each for half a finger, ¼ handheld jati belanda leaves (Guazauma Ulmifolia), 3 finger palm sugar. The material is cut as necessary and then boiled with 4 ½ cups water.Boil until the remaining approximately 2 cups. Once cool, boiled water is filtered and then drunk. Drink 3 times a day @ ¾ cup.
Method 3:
Bangle rhizome and rhizome of temu hitam (Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb.), each for ½ washed fingers then shredded. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir well with a squeezy. After it is squeezed and filtered. Drink 2 or 3 times a day.
Besides drinking the potion, of course, more important is to keep your diet and exercise enough.
